Health education and cooking class held for local church members. Made Chia pudding cups, salad dressing and sweet potato coconut curry. Meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Discussed lifestyle Medicine. Location: IMPACT Church in East Point, Atlanta Georgia.

Summer Series at Impact Church
5/2023-8/2023.
A monthly 4 part summer series class for health education discussions along with tasty and nutritious cooking classes. After making a meal together, we had conversations where participants shared their health journeys and what food as medicine meant to them. Location: IMPACT Church in East Point, Atlanta Georgia.

Presented a live and engaging cooking demonstration, spotlighting a collection of health-conscious desserts that skillfully featured zucchini and dates. As dedicated health advocates, we also had the privilege of sharing insightful health education with the esteemed community members who joined us at Pittsburgh Yards in Atlanta, Georgia.
