Easy and Tasty Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  •  3 tomatoes (roma or whatever kind you like), diced 
  • Lime Juice ( jarred or fresh from 1-2 limes depending on how juicy they are)\ 
  • Bunch of cilantro fresh or substitute with chopped fresh spinach  
  • Onion, Red or yellow, chopped 
  • Jalapeno pepper, diced, deseeded (optional) ( or serrano, pepper of your choice) 
  • Salt, pepper to taste 
  • Optional : garlic powder, cumin
  1. First you will dice up all your veggies and fruit as small as you like. Put them all in a large bowl.  
  2. Chop your cilantro roughly. The pieces don’t have to be as small unless you want it that way. Add that to the bowl.
  3.  Squeeze of fresh or canned lime juice will bring all of the flavors together. 
  4. Season with pinch of salt, taste as you go to see what you like and stir. 
  5. Put it in the fridge. It’s very similar to a good soup or chilli it always tastes better when the flavors have time to mingle a little.
