Lavendar and Mint Sparkling Tea
Ingredients
- Lavendar tea
- 1 cup water
- Mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup ( or honey, agave syrup)
- 1/2- 1 cup mineral or sparkling water
- BRING water to a gentle boil in pot.
- PLACE tea bag in your desired cup.
- POUR water over tea bag, steep according to instructions ( likely 4 mins).
- ADD maple syrup, mint.
- FILL rest of cup with sparkling water and stir gently.
- REMOVE tea bag and enjoy.
