Antioxidant Powerhouse: Creamy Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 ripe avocado

1 cup frozen blueberries

1-2 dates, pitted

3/4 cup plant-based milk

2 TBS coconut yogurt

Optional: 1 tsp of hemp seeds and chia seeds

  1. Pour milk as the first layer to a high power blender. 
  2.  Then add the dates, avocado, blueberries, yogurt and blend to your desired consistency. Add more liquid for a thinner smoothie and less liquid for a thicker smoothie.
  3. Top with optional hemp and chia seeds.
